Chin Seng Engineering (s) Pte Ltd, formerly known as Chin Seng Radio Company, it had been a MATV contractor for local electrical engineering company since 1985. It has also imported its own MATV equipments and cables to increase it competitive edges. Chin Seng has the ability to manufacture special RF equipments to cater for special requirements for different customers like HDB and local customers through its alliance company. Its product ranges include RF Amplifier, Splitters, TV/ FM Isolators, and Filters etc. Since April 1994, it had become one of the main contractors under Singapore Cable Vision Pte Ltd (SCV) for the construction of vertical pipe and installation of trucking to HDB dwelling units. Since then, SCV had been assigning contracts to Chin Seng for the construction of vertical pipes in HDB dwelling units. After three years of construction programme, SCV has installed cable network to almost 80% of HDB dwelling units in early 1998.
