Since the early 50s, we have been manufacturing all kinds of Metal Parts. We have been making Metal Closures since 1944. Our production facilities were re-located to Johor in 1997. In 2000, we introduced our Metal Stamping Department to support the electronic, audio, video trade & etc. Our production plant at Cemerlang (Ulu Tiram, Johor) has a land area of 110,000 sq. ft., & a built-in area of 36,000 sq. ft. We also have an associated company doing Machining & Automation at Woodlands. At UNIVERSAL METAL WORKS, we manufacture all kinds of Metal Closures, Container Neck Sets & Components, Small Metal Tin Sets, stamping parts & deep-drawing components. We provide new tool assembly services, study & advise to improve on new tools. Our stamping machinery details: stamping machines; Machine Tonnage: Komatsu 60 tons, Seyi 80 tons & Sino 110 tons, Sino 160 tons; capacity of 720 K/month, 5 days/week (may increase capacity & machine when required); Our customers: SCI Manufacturing / JYOTO WORKS
