We will do Flaw-check after the Raw Material coming into company;
After pounching,we will check for bias and will repair a die for some crazes.
After the process of annealing,we will check the appreace,if there are some pockmarks.
During the course of cold-drawing or hot-rolling,we will check the OD again to ensure the quality of pipes.
After pickling,we will check if there are some over-pickling or lack-pickling.
